Public Sector AI Readiness

Build AI-capable key personnel and proposal-ready documentation.

When a solicitation or prime asks for AI capability, your training records, bios, policies, and teaming materials should tell the same defensible story. We help your team build the capability and document the evidence.

EdgeIntel Public Sector Readiness

Prepare key personnel and the evidence that supports them.

  • · Key-Personnel AI Certification — cohort training mapped to common public-sector LCATs (PM, Analyst, Engineer, SME) with a verifiable completion record you can attach to proposals.
  • · Proposal-ready bio rewrites — resumes and past-performance narratives updated with specific, supportable AI competencies and outcomes.
  • · Capability statement & tech-approach language — drop-in sections that demonstrate AI-enabled delivery without overpromising.
  • · Sub & teaming kit — flow-down-ready materials so your subs meet the same standard.

Built for primes, 8(a)/SDVOSB/WOSB small businesses, and teaming partners chasing civilian, DoD, and IC work.

Public Sector FAQ

Procurement-ready answers, not marketing.

What does “AI-trained key personnel” actually mean in a solicitation?

The exact requirement depends on the solicitation. When AI capability appears in the evaluation criteria, we map each named person's training, hands-on work, and governance responsibilities to that language and keep the claims specific and supportable.

What documentation do you deliver that we can attach to a proposal?

Cohort completion records per attendee (name, role, LCAT, training hours, competencies covered), an EdgeIntel Public Sector Readiness certificate, rewritten bios and past-performance narratives in your proposal voice, a capability-statement AI/automation section, and a one-page internal AI use policy suitable as an appendix.

How fast can you stand up a cohort before a bid is due?

Team AI Enablement (up to 12) runs in roughly 2–4 weeks end-to-end — intake call, two 2-hour live workshops, custom playbook, 30-day async support. For active bids we'll compress to a 2-week sprint and prioritize the bios + capability-statement deliverables.

Do you flow the same training down to our subs?

Yes. The Sub & Teaming Kit includes flow-down-ready training materials, a shared completion record format, and the same bio/past-performance rewrites for sub key personnel so the whole team meets the bar.

How do you handle CUI, FOUO, or sensitive program data in training?

Training uses sanitized, role-representative examples — never live program data. We walk teams through prompt and data-handling guardrails appropriate to their contract environment, and the deliverable AI use policy documents those guardrails for evaluators.

Are you on a contract vehicle / can you sub under our prime?

EdgeIntel delivers as a commercial training and enablement vendor and can scope work as a sub or training partner where the contracting structure permits it. Book the 20-minute scope call so we can confirm fit for the specific opportunity.
