Can I upgrade from Kickstart to Team Enablement later?

Yes — and it's free. 100% of your Kickstart fee credits toward Team Enablement if you upgrade within 60 days. The same applies from Team Sprint into a Strategy Partnership: Month 1 of the partnership is the Team Sprint, so you never pay twice for the same work.

What if our scope changes mid-engagement?

Scope changes are normal. Adding people, extra workshops, or a second cohort is priced transparently against the rate card (extra cohort of 12: +$6,000 in Team, +$4,500 under Partnership). We'll quote in writing before any work expands and never invoice scope changes after the fact.

Do you travel onsite, and how is travel billed?

Yes — Team Sprint and Partnership both run onsite anywhere in the continental US. Travel is quoted at cost (flight, ground, lodging) before booking and added as a single line item to the engagement letter. No markup, no daily per-diem games. Sessions outside CONUS are quoted case-by-case.

How do payments work?

Kickstart is paid in full at booking. Team Enablement is 50% to schedule, 50% on the day of the first workshop. Strategy Partnership is monthly in advance with a 3-month minimum. We invoice via credit card or ACH; net-30 terms available for organizations on request.

What happens after I submit the intake form?

Your intake routes straight to our scheduling system and the calendar opens so you can grab a 20-minute scoping slot. On that call we confirm tier fit, lock dates, and send a one-page engagement letter the same day. No multi-week sales cycle.

Can we cancel or reschedule?

Reschedule any session up to 72 hours before with no fee. Cancellations more than 14 days out are fully refundable; inside 14 days we'll credit your deposit toward a future session within 6 months.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?

We offer a 15% discount for 501(c)(3) nonprofits and accredited educational institutions on Team Enablement and Partnership tiers. Ask on the scoping call and we'll apply it to the engagement letter.

Will the same person who sells me the work do the work?

Yes. Engagements are founder-led end-to-end — the person on your scoping call runs your sessions, builds your playbook, and stays on your async support thread. You won't be handed off to a junior consultant after signing.
