By accessing or using EdgeGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. EdgeGo is provided by EdgeIntel LLC ("we," "us," or "EdgeIntel").

2. Description of Services
EdgeGo is an all-in-one marketing, sales, and automation platform built on GoHighLevel technology. Services include CRM and contact management, sales pipeline tools, a conversations inbox (SMS, email, and social), calendar and appointment booking, workflow automation, and funnel and website building.

3. SMS and Marketing Communications
3.1 Consent to Receive Messages. When you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive marketing, promotional, transactional, and service-related SMS messages from EdgeIntel LLC.
3.2 Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service plan.
3.3 Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
3.4 Opt-Out. Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
3.5 Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@edgeintel.io.
3.6 Consent Not Required. Your consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any EdgeIntel service or product.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use EdgeGo in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements. You are solely responsible for all content, messages, and communications sent through the platform. When collecting phone numbers or email addresses, you are responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from your contacts and maintaining records of such consent. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and all activity occurring under your account.

5. Acceptable Use
You may not use EdgeGo for: sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications; illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities; harassment, abuse, or threatening communications; distributing malware or harmful content; or any activity that violates wireless carrier guidelines or third-party platform terms of service. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are charged as agreed at sign-up or as outlined in your service agreement. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your account after providing notice. Either party may cancel with written notice as specified in your service agreement; you remain responsible for all fees through your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property
EdgeIntel LLC retains all rights to the EdgeGo platform, its design, features, and underlying technology. You retain all rights to your own content and data that you upload to the platform. You grant EdgeIntel LLC a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the services.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EdgeIntel LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim. EdgeIntel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date at the top. Your continued use of EdgeGo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
